"I am writing this letter to praise your salesperson, Richard Sousa, for his outstanding customer service. On Monday, June 14, 2007, I found myself in the market for a Grand Cherokee Jeep Limited. After visiting several Jeep dealerships in the Kansas City area and finding myself very frustrated and tired, I called your dealership and was put in touch with Rich. From the minute he answered the phone, Rich was upbeat and reassuring and gave me the lift I needed. He sounded excited to want to do business with me. After talking with him I felt it was worth my time to drive the 40 miles to check out what your dealership had to offer. Upon arriving at the dealership, Rich was there with a fully loaded Grand Cherokee Limited Jeep waiting for me to test drive. After working out a price that fit my budget and filling out the necessary paperwork, I was homeward bound and the new owner of the boss's Grand Cherokee Jeep Limited. As a customer service training, I know what Customer Service should be. Rich is very good at what he does and is an asset to your organization. "Back on Saturday, November 17, 2007, my daughter, friend and I were on our way to a football game between Princeton High School and Orrick. My Jeep Liberty, having just been serviced by another dealer, almost lost the drivers side front wheel. Thanks to Rich Sousa, Matt Eiman and Mike Farmer, I was able to not only make the game, but drive my own car. They fixed it without a single gripe of staying late. Rich drove all over creation to find the replacement parts, Matt did most of the fixing, and Mike was a great comfort. Without these me to watch over us, I don't know what I would have done.
